A glory above this

but pleasing colors
light and sound
a thought perfection
perfect round
What we know

Not who we are
What we want
Or how we love
this
In my palm, in my heart
That beats alive and will soon stop
Nothing lasts
Not love, not life, not me
or you
the true blue
of life, I see
Something so cold
So sudden to feel
So deadly serious
So utter real
is beautiful.
